This trail is an extension of the Glacier Gap Lake Trail. It winds its way along the side of Glacier Gap, through fields of big rock talus, crossing upper Rock Creek and its ancient caribou migration routes on its way to Sevenmile Lake. On the way it offers spectacular views of the mountains and lakes, an ever-changing vista that was never the same from one day to the next as we built the trail. Nine miles from the road it ends at Sevenmile Lake, a great place to launch an inflatable boat for undisturbed fishing and remote camping experiences. You owe it to yourself to check this one out.
